  •  Cost of extension of validity, of your main international air ticket
  •  Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for tickets
  •  Any change in the hotel cost prior to departure due to rate fluctuation
  •  Airline & Hotel up gradation charges
  •  Meals other than mentioned.
  •  Expenses of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, Porterage at airports and hotels, mineral water, juices and beverages during lunch, excess baggage, mini bar cost, paid TV channels, Tips & Gratuities etc
  •  Any airfare / other transportation / other services not mentioned in the ‘Includes’ column

The above cost does not include any Surcharges which might be levied by the respective hotels during any special Events or Exhibitions taking place during the requested dates.

 

REMARKS

  • In the event of any tour being cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, no refund or substitution will be provided.
  • Due to bad weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel any tour or cannot visit the sightseeing
  • Point we will not provide any refund for the same.
  • In case the client decides not to avail of any services mentioned in the itinerary, or misses to go on any tour, we will not be Obliged to refund the charges for the said services.
  • We reserve the right to change the itinerary at the last minute in case of a situation that may require for us to make such Changes.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration Deposit Amount Per person considered in the booking amount: (INR 25000): Non Refundable

  •  40 to 25 days prior to date of travel      : 60% of the specified fare and charges
  •  24 – 18 days prior to date of travel         : 85% of the specified fare and charges
  •  17 – 10 days prior to date of travel          : 100% of the specified fare and charges
  •  On the date of travel                                  : 100% of the specified fare and charges
  •  Cancellation without notice(no-show)  : 100% of the specified fare and charges
